- Order Confirmation: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
- Processing Time: Orders verified before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines Across Pakistan
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: Delivered within 2 to 4 working days via top courier services (TCS, Leopard, M&P, CallCourier).
Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery Fee: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 350 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across Pakistan.
- Free Delivery Offer: Free shipping is offered on eligible promotional bundles and specified high-value orders.
