Exchange & Replacement Policy
At HealthBazaar.pk, we guarantee 100% original, sealed & imported supplements. To maintain complete product purity and safety, we operate on a strict Exchange & Replacement Only Policy (No Cash Refunds).
7-Day Exchange Window
You can request a product exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The original safety seal of the bottle/packaging is completely intact, unopened, and unused.
Exchange Shipping Costs
We handle exchange delivery fees based on the reason for exchange:
- If HealthBazaar.pk makes an error (wrong item dispatched or damaged on arrival): We cover 100% of the replacement courier charges.
- If the customer requests a change of mind or wrong variant selection: The customer pays the two-way courier delivery fee (from Customer to HealthBazaar.pk & from HealthBazaar.pk to customer for new shipment).
How to Claim an Exchange?
Simply message our support team on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please share your Order ID along with a short photo/video showing the sealed product condition.
